    This hotel was awesome! The amazing views from my Superior Twin Room were nice, and the location couldn't be better-right next to Toyosu station, linking me directly to top attractions. The public bath was a highlight. Staff were consistently helpful.

    What stands out, both good and bad

    The views of the port were fine and the hotel provided great convenience with direct access to a subway station and mall nearby. Staff were very hospitable especially with luggage assistance.

    The room had no work desk, inconvenient to use the small table for any tasks. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was also weaker than expected.

    The beautiful lobby and relaxing public baths. After exploring the city, we enjoyed an very nice soak in the outdoor bath at sunset and the rejuvenating hot springs. Only minor thing is the reception's location. It can be a bit of a hassle to navigate back and forth, but it's totally worth it 😊

    The Superior Queen Room was super spacious and spotlessly clean. I loved how big the windows were, giving a fantastic view of the city.
